Step out of your comfort zone and keep stepping. Everyone says to step out of your comfort zone, but I say don’t just do it once. Whenever we break through a limitation or a barrier of fear, once we’ve done it and shown ourselves that we can do it, it becomes easier to do it a second time and a third time. Eventually, we’re no longer afraid of what we once feared because something else has taken its place.
So, instead of just setting one goal to step outside your comfort zone, keep growing, challenging yourself, and making it a regular habit. This will bring more into your world than you can imagine, and you’ll learn so much about yourself—what you’re capable of, your level of resilience, and your creativity. It will unearth amazing qualities within you that will fuel your confidence.
