I know there are a lot of fitness experts creating amazing home workouts for clients. I am not a fitness professional however I have created an amazing home workout that doubles as an exercise routine AND a laundry routine.

This innovative home gym routine includes: Squats with a laundry basket, calf raises when turning the washing machine on and off, arm exercises folding tea towels and the one-arm, one-knee lift with Cold Power.
